• Defective Equipment: Only products that are defective may be returned. Upon verification, you may choose to either have the equipment replaced or claim a refund.

• Refund Processing: Refunds for defective equipment will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Warranty: The warranty for all equipment is provided as per the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and is detailed in the product catalog.
